Frank Williams is general manager of e-commerce, marketing, and communication and oversees Ryerson’s websites and other digital properties.
Frank started at Ryerson 19 years ago as a sales representative in Chicago. After advancing through several commercial roles, Frank was named the assistant general manager of the Omaha location in 2007. In 2010 Frank returned to the Chicagoland area as general manager of sales for one of Ryerson’s largest markets. He remained in that role until starting the company’s marketing department in 2015. Since then, he has taken on additional duties in e-commerce and corporate communication. Additionally, Frank is a member of Ryerson’s commercial leadership through the commercial council and is involved in many of the digital initiatives that the company has embarked upon.
Frank holds a Civil Engineering degree from Purdue University and an MBA from The University of Chicago.
